The focus of ICT is based on service delivery and should be seen as a support service more than a function that must be performed. ICT management sits at the core of the success of these services as it is a key feature that should be taken into consideration when it comes to decision making for the Municipality regarding ICT and possible other business processes, establishing a functional municipality that can deliver on the IDP priorities, implement policies that will facilitate transformation, effective staff structure, general management practices and training.

Who is monitoring the CCTV cameras?
The CCTV cameras is monitored 24/7 by Cape Agulhas and Overberg District Municipal Officials.
Who can I contact to get CCTV footage?
The CCTV System and process must be POPIA compliant and can only be provided in terms of legislation. The Municipality only provide CCTV information to the SAPS on request.
