AMENDED 2025/26 SERVICE DELIVERY BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (SDBIP)

NOTICE  is hereby given in terms of Section 21A of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act (32 of 2000), read together with Section 54(1)(c) of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act (56 of 2003) that the Municipal Council adopted an amended 2025/26 Service Delivery Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) on 27 February 2026 under Resolution 21/2026. The amended 2025/26 Service Delivery Budget Implementation Plan is available at the following places:

• All Municipal Offices

• All Libraries
• Caravan Parks at L’Agulhas and Waenhuiskrans/Arniston
• Cape Agulhas Municipality website:  https://capeagulhas.gov.za/documents/performance-management/sdbip/2025-2026/

KENNISGEWING geskied hiermee ingevolge artikel 21A van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Stelsels (32 van 2000), saamgelees met Artikel 54(1)(c)  van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering Munisipale Finansiële Bestuur (56 van 2003) dat die Munisipale Raad die gewysigde 2025/26 Dienslewering en Begrotingsimplementeringsplan op 27 Februarie 2026 goedgekeur het ingevolge Raadsbesluit 21/2026.

Die gewysigde Dienslewering en Begrotingsimplementeringsplan is beskikbaar by die volgende plekke:
