NOTICE is hereby given in terms of Section 21A of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act (Act 32 of 2000), read together with Section 72 of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003) and Section 34 of the Municipal Budget and Reporting Regulations (2009) that the 2025/26 Mid Year Budget and Performance Assessment Report is available on the Municipal website https://capeagulhas.gov.za/documents/performance-management/performance-reports/2025-2026/
