Requirements:

• A relevant 3 year tertiary qualification(NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 8 years or more relevant experience covering a broad range of human resources functions; and at least 3 years supervisory experience.

Functions:

Co-ordinate activities and procedures associated with direct supervision and monitoring of personnel and services

• Ensure that Human Resources Management and development services are functional and efficiently run
• Plan, lead, organise and control the Human Resources Management functions of the Municipality
• Develops divisional vision and strategy
• Co-ordinate the development and maintenance of systems, policies, procedures and processes
• Manage employee performance
• Plans and manages utilisation of resources of the division
• Perform Human Resources Management and related administrative activities
• Co-ordinate the Human Resources Management Division of the Municipality
• Provide staff provisioning services: develop, manage and administer the Recruitment and Selection Policy, staff establishment
• Administer the implementation of Employment Equity
• Manage the training and skills development function
• Co-ordinate occupational health, safety and employee wellness services
• Co-ordinate the completion of job analysis and job descriptions for all staff of the Municipality
• Manages contracts for Human Resources Management related activities
• Render an effective and efficient labour relations function and to ensure compliance with relevant labour legislation, collective agreements and council policies

Remuneration:  T17

(R 748 485.60 - R 971 606.40) Per annum, plus a motor scheme allowance and normal fringe benefits

Vereistes:

• 'n Toepaslike 3 jaar tersiêre kwalifikasie (NKR Vlak 7) in Menslike Hulpbronbestuur of verwante veld.
• 8 jaar of meer relevante ondervinding wat 'n wye reeks menslikehulpbronfunksies dek; en ten minste 3 jaar toesighoudende ondervinding.

Funksies:

Koördineer aktiwiteite en prosedures wat verband hou met direkte toesig en monitering van personeel en dienste

• Verseker dat Menslike Hulpbronne Bestuur en -ontwikkelingsdienste funksioneel en doeltreffend bestuur word
• Beplan, lei, organiseer en beheer die Menslike Hulpbronne bestuursfunksies van die Munisipaliteit
• Ontwikkel afdelingsvisie en strategie
• Koördineer die ontwikkeling en instandhouding van stelsels, beleide, prosedures en prosesse
• Bestuur werknemerprestasie
• Beplan en bestuur die benutting van hulpbronne van die afdeling
• Menslike Hulpbronne Bestuur en verwante administratiewe aktiwiteite uit te voer
• Koördineer die Menslike Hulpbronne Bestuur afdeling van die Munisipaliteit
• Verskaf personeelvoorsieningsdienste: ontwikkel, bestuur en administreer die Werwings- en Keuringsbeleid, personeelvestiging
• Administreer die implementering van Diensbillikheid
• Bestuur die opleiding- en vaardigheidsontwikkelingsfunksie
• Koördineer beroepsgesondheid, veiligheid en werknemerswelstanddienste
• Koördineer die voltooiing van posontleding en posbeskrywings vir alle personeel van die Munisipaliteit
• Bestuur kontrakte vir Menslike Hulpbronne Bestuur verwante aktiwiteite
• Lewer 'n doeltreffende arbeidsverhoudinge funksie en om voldoening aan relevante arbeidswetgewing, kollektiewe ooreenkomste en raadsbeleide te verseker

Vergoeding:  T17

Aansoeke wat na die sluitingsdatum ontvang word sal nie oorweeg word nie. Kandidate wat nie gekontak is NA 03 MAANDE VAN DIE SLUITINGSDATUM, moet hul aansoeke as onsuksesvol beskou.
