ADJUSTMENT OF THE MEDIUM-TERM REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE FRAMEWORK BUDGET (MTREF) 2025-26

NOTICE  is hereby given in terms of Section 21A of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act (32 of 2000), read together with Section 28 of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act (56 of 2003) and Sub Regulation 26 of the Municipal Budget and Reporting Regulations (2008) that the Municipal Council approved an adjustment budget on 27 February 2026 under resolution 20/2026:

The adjustment budget report and resolution is available at the following places:

• All Municipal Offices

• All Libraries
• Caravan Parks at L’Agulhas and Waenhuiskrans/Arniston

KENNIS geskied hiermee ingevolge Artikel 21A van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Stelselswet, (Wet 32 van 2000), saamgelees met Artikel 28 van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Finansiële Bestuur 2003 (Wet 56 van 2003), en Subregulasie 26 van die Munisipale Begrotings- en Verslagdoeningsregulasies 2008, dat die Munisipale Raad die 2025/2026 Aansuiweringsbegroting op 27 Februarie 2026 goedgekeur het ingevolge Raadsbesluit 20/2026.

Die aansuiweringsbegrotingsverslag en Raadsbesluit is beskikbaar by die volgende plekke:

• Alle Munisipale Biblioteke
• Karavaanparke te L’Agulhas en Waenhuiskrans/Arniston
