Notice of Intention to Compile the Cape Agulhas SDF

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO COMPILE THE CAPE AGULHAS MUNICIPAL SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK

Notice is hereby given in terms of sections 28(3) and 29 of the Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of

2000); section 20 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013); section 11 of the Western Cape Land Use Planning Act, 2014 (Act 13 of 2014) and section 10(1) of the Cape Agulhas Municipality By-law on Municipal Land Use Planning, 2022 that Cape Agulhas Municipality intends to compile its Municipal Spatial Development Framework (Cape Agulhas MSDF).

 

The Cape Agulhas Municipal SDF is a long-term forward planning document which spatially indicates the long-term growth and development path of the municipality. It co-ordinates the spatial implications of all strategic sector plans (engineering, transport, economic, housing, community services etc.) of the municipality. The Cape Agulhas Municipal SDF is the spatial core component of the Cape Agulhas Municipal Integrated Development Plan (IDP).

 

You are invited to register as an Interested and Affected Party (I&AP) to be kept informed of the project during its various phases and to provide relevant inputs. To register as an I&AP, you should submit your full name and surname, property description, physical address, postal address, contact number and email address to the Town Planning Department, Bredasdorp, 7280 within a period of 21 days from 22 July 2022 to 15 August 2022.

KENNISGEWING VAN VOORNEME OM DIE KAAP AGULHAS MUNISIPALE RUIMTELIKE ONTWIKKELINGSRAAMWERK SAAM TE STEL

 

Kennis geskied hiermee ingevolge Artikels 28(3) en 29 van die Wet op Munisipale Stelsels, 2000 (Wet

32 van 2000), Artikel 20 van die Wet op Ruimtelike Beplanning en Grondgebruikbestuur, 2013 (Wet

16 van 2013), Artikel 11 van die Wes-Kaapse Wet op Grondgebruikbeplanning, 2014 (Wet 13 van

2014) en Artikel 10(1) van die Kaap Agulhas Munisipaliteit Verordening insake Munisipale Grondgebruikbeplanning (2022) dat Kaap Agulhas Munisipaliteit van voornemens is om hul Munisipale Ruimtelike Ontwikkelingsraamwerk (Kaap Agulhas MROR) saam te stel.

 

Die Kaap Agulhas Munisipale ROR is ’n langtermyn vooruitbeplanningsdokument wat die langtermyn groei- en ontwikkelingspad van die munisipaliteit aandui. Dit koördineer die ruimtelike implikasies van alle strategiese sektorplanne (ingenieursdienste, vervoer, ekonomie, behuising, gemeenskapsdienste, ens.)  van die munisipaliteit.  Die Kaap Agulhas ROR is die ruimtelike kern komponent  van  die Kaap Agulhas Geïntegreerde Ontwikkelingsplan (GOP).

 

U word uitgenooi om as 'n Belanghebbende en Geaffekteerde Party (B&GP) te registreer om op hoogte gehou te word van die verskillende fases van die projek en moontlike relevant insette te lewer. Om as 'n B&GP te registreer, moet u binne 21 dae vanaf 22 Julie 2022 tot 15 Augustus 2022, u volle naam en van, eiendombeskrywing, fisiese adres, posadres, kontaknommer en e-posadres by die Stadsbeplannings kantoor, Bredasdorp, 7280 in dien.
