All current accredited suppliers are required to ensure that they update their details and submit a Tax Compliance status pin. In order to maintain your verified status on the Cape Agulhas Municipality Supplier Database, thereby ensuring your eligibility to conduct business with this Municipality. Accredited Suppliers are responsible to inform this department of any change in your company’s information, including bank details, address, declarations of interest, etc.

INVITATION TO ALL PROSPECTIVE PROVIDERS OF GOODS AND SERVICES TO REGISTER AS SUPPLIERS ON THE CENTRALISED SUPPLIERS DATABASE
You are herewith invited to register on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database. The Central Supplier Database (CSD) is a single database that serves as the source of all supplier information for all spheres of government. The purpose of centralising government’s supplier database is to reduce duplication of effort and cost for suppliers and government while enabling electronic procurement process.
It is important that existing and new suppliers register their business online before 30 June 2016. From 1 July 2016, only suppliers registered on the Central Supplier Database and compliant will continue to do business with government and local government including Cape Agulhas Municipality. Compliant suppliers can access business opportunities and free tender documents through www.etenders.gov.za.
Cape Agulhas Municipality hereby urge suppliers registered or are interested in registering on the Cape Agulhas Municipality’s supplier database to go register on the CSD and therefore provide their CSD supplier number and unique code to Cape Agulhas Municipality’s (Ms. Geraldine Koopman or Mr. Ricardo Mitchell via email: geraldinek@capeagulhas.gov.za or ricardom@capeagulhas.gov.za). Cape Agulhas Municipality’s suppliers who are already registered on CSD are also urged to provide their CSD supplier number and unique code via email.

Kennis geskied hiermee in terme van artikel 116 ( 3 ) (a ) en ( b ) van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Finansiële Bestuur, 2003 ( Wet 56 van 2003) dat die Kaap Agulhas Munisipaliteit van voornemens is om die bestaande ooreenkoms met Cab Holdings Pty Ltd te wysig. Die voorgestelde wysiging van die ooreenkoms is om voorsiening te maak vir die uitbreiding van dienste wat eindig op 30 December 2021.
Kennis geskied hiermee verder ingevolge artikel 21 en 21A van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Stelsels, 2003 ( Wet 32 van 2000) dat die plaaslike gemeenskap en geaffekteerde partye uitgenooi word om kommentaar of vertoë oor die voorgestelde wysiging van die ooreenkoms aan die Munisipaliteit te lewer. Hierdie kommentaar of vertoë moet teen nie later as Woensdag, 11 August 2021 om 12:00 ingedien word.
Kommentaar of vertoë moet ingedien word in 'n verseëlde koevert en duidelik gemerk "KOMMENTAAR OP KENNISGEWING VAN WYSIGING VAN BESTAANDE OOREENKOMS MET CAB HOLDINGS PTY LTD " en geplaas word in die tenderbus.
