OPENBARE KENNISGEWING OP LANGTERMYN SKULD

Hiermee word kennis gegee dat ingevolge artikel 46(3)(a)(1) van die MFMA, No 56 van 2003, die Raad van Kaap Agulhas Munisipaliteit op 31 Mei 2022 sal vergader om die goedkeuring van ‘n langtermynlening ter waarde van R34 626 050.00 te oorweeg om die verkryging van kapitaalgoedere te finansier. Die publiek word hiermee uitgenooi om skriftelike kommentaar op hierdie voorstel te lewer voor of op die bogenoemde Raadsvergadering. PUBLIC NOTICE ON LONG TERM DEBT

Notice is hereby given that in terms of section 46(3)(a)(1) of the MFMA, No 56 of 2003, the Cape Agulhas Municipality Council will have a meeting on 31 May 2022 to consider approving raising of a long term loan to the value of R34 626 050.00 to finance acquisition of the capital goods. Public is hereby invited to give written comments on this proposal on or before the above-mentioned Council meeting.
