CAPE AGULHAS MUNICIPALITY

DRAFT BUDGET (2022/23, 2023/24 AND 2024/25), AND THE INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP) OF PREDECESSOR WITH AMENDMENTS (2022/23-2026/27)

NOTICE is hereby given in terms of Section 22 of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act, Act 56 of 2003 read together with Section 34 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, Act 32 of 2000 that the following draft documents were tabled to the Municipal Council by the Mayor on 31 March 2022:

1. Draft Budget for the period (2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25) which includes the Draft Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) (2022/23)
2. Draft Integrated Development Plan (IDP) of predecessor with amendments (2022/23-2026/27)

Documents are available for public scrutiny on the Municipal Website www.capeagulhas.gov.za, on the following links:

KONSEP BEGROTING (2022/23, 2023/24 AND 2024/25) EN DIE GEΪNTEGREERDE ONTWIKKELINGSPLAN (GOP) VAN DIE VOORGANGER RAAD MET WYSIGINGS (2022/23-2026/27)

KENNISGEWING geskied hiermee kragtens die bepalings van artikel 22 van die Wet op Munisipale Finansiële Bestuur (Wet 56 van 2003) saamgelees met artikel 34 van die Munisipale Stelselswet (Wet 32 van 2000), dat die volgende konsep dokumente deur die Burgemeester by die Raad ingedien is op 31 Maart 2022:

1. Konsep Begroting vir die periode (2022/23, 2023/24 en 2024/25) wat die Konsep Dienslewering en Begrotingsimplementeringsplan (“SDBIP”) (2022/23) insluit
2. Konsep Geïntegreerde Ontwikkelingsplan (GOP) van die voorganger Raad met wysigings (2022/23-2026/27)

Die dokumente sal beskikbaar wees op die Munisipaliteit se webwerf (www.capeagulhas.gov.za) vir besigtiging op die volgende skakels:
